If you do not see your hub listed, it is not officially supported by Inovelli customer service and you should reach out to the hub manufacturer to ensure their hubs are compatible with certified Zigbee, Z-Wave, and Thread/Matter products.
All of our products go through an extensive protocol certification process and, in theory, should work with another certified hub, but sometimes hub manufacturers put restrictions on that blocks 3rd party manufacturer products from working (e.g., Philips Hue). In other cases, hub manufacturers release hubs that are not certified in their respective protocols and this will cause issues with compatibility.

For example, the chart may show that Amazon is a compatible platform, but you'll have to click the hyperlink to see if the actual Amazon Echo hub you have is compatible.
