There may come a time when you need to factory reset your Blue Series 2-1 Switch. This article will walk you through that process.

To factory reset your Blue Series 2-1 Switch, please follow the directions below:

  • Hold Down on the top of the Paddle (A) (or the On button) while simultaneously holding down the Config/Favorites Button (C) for approximately 20 seconds until the LED Bar (D) flashes Red

  • Then let go of both the top of the Paddle (A) and the Config/Favorites Button (C)

  • If successful, the LED Bar (D) will start to pulse Blue
