There may come a time when you need to factory reset your Blue Series Dimmer Switch. This article will walk you through that process.

To factory reset your Blue Series Dimmer Switch, please follow the directions below:

  • Hold Down on the top of the Paddle (A) (or the On button) while simultaneously holding down the Config/Favorites Button (C) for approximately 20 seconds until the LED Bar (D) flashes Red

  • Then let go of both the top of the Paddle (A) and the Config/Favorites Button (C)

  • If successful, the LED Bar (D) will start to pulse Blue
