There are two different methods for checking for the firmware version of your device depending on whether or not you have a Red Series (Z-Wave) or Blue Series (Zigbee) device. Please scroll to the proper section below for further details.

Red Series (Z-Wave) Instructions

To check your Red Series Inovelli device firmware via the Hubitat web app, please follow the instructions below (NOTE: This will require you to have the proper Device Driver installed)

  • Open up your Hubitat Web App and click on the, “Devices” tab

  • Find your Inovelli smart device and click on it

  • Under, "Current States", you should see the firmware version (in this case it is 1.34). If you do not see this, first, make sure you have the proper Device Driver installed and then click on, "Configure", then "Refresh" and then refresh the website

Blue Series (Zigbee) Instructions

To check your Blue Series Inovelli device firmware via the Hubitat web app, please follow the instructions below (NOTE: This will require you to have the proper Device Driver installed)

  • Open up your Hubitat Web App and click on the, “Devices” tab

  • Find your Inovelli smart device and click on it

  • Under, "Current States", you should see the firmware version (in this case it is 2.15). If you do not see this, first, make sure you have the proper Device Driver installed and then click on, "Configure", then "Refresh" and then refresh the website

In addition, you should see the firmware version below the "State Variables" Section as shown here:
