Inclusion, Exclusion, Factory Reset Written Instructions
Please locate your device below to find instructions for including (pairing), excluding (removing) and factory resetting your Inovelli smart home product.
Note: In earlier firmware versions, if you enabled local protection, it prevented you from being able to do a factory reset. If the factory reset process is not working for you, you may want to try to disable local protection first, and then try the reset again. Red Series Instructions | Blue Series Instructions
Please note that for Red Series (Z-Wave) products, when you exclude (remove) your products, it will factory reset them. This does not apply for Blue Series (Zigbee) products.

Gen 1 RGBW A19 Smart Bulb
SKU: RGBWE27ZW.US
| To include (pair) your Gen 1 RGBW A19 Smart Bulb (RGBWE27ZW.US), screw in the bulb so that it's powered on, put your hub in inclusion (pairing) mode and then tap firmly on the top of the bulb. The bulb should turn green to indicate it's in pairing mode (if it doesn't turn green, you need to hit it harder). If successful, the bulb will turn off.
| To exclude (remove) your Gen 1 RGBW A19 Smart Bulb (RGBWE27ZW.US), screw in the bulb so that it's powered on, put your hub in exclusion (removal) mode and then tap firmly on the top of the bulb. The bulb should turn green to indicate it's in removal mode (if it doesn't turn green, you need to hit it harder). If successful, the bulb will turn off.

Red Series RGBW A19 Smart Bulb
 | To include (pair) your Red Series RGBW A19 Smart Bulb (LZW42), turn off your bulb, put your hub in inclusion (pairing) mode and then turn your bulb on. The bulb should blink twice to indicate it's in inclusion mode and then a third time if successful.
| To exclude (remove) your Red Series RGBW A19 Smart Bulb (LZW42), turn off your bulb, put your hub in exclusion (removal) mode and then turn your bulb on. The bulb should blink twice to indicate it's in inclusion mode and then a third time if successful.
| To factory reset your Red Series RGBW A19 Smart Bulb (LZW42), power off and on your bulb six (6) times with each time taking between 0.5 and 2 seconds. The bulb will blink then become dim if successful.

Red Series Light Strip Kit
 | To include (pair) your Red Series Light Strip Kit (LZW45), put your hub in inclusion (pairing) mode and press the config / favorites button 3x. The LED strip should start to pulse blue and will turn green if successful.
| To exclude (remove) your Red Series Light Strip Kit (LZW45), put your hub in exclusion (removal) mode and press the config / favorites button 3x. The LED strip should start to pulse blue and will turn green if successful.

Red Series 4-1 Smart Sensor
 | To include (pair) your Red Series Smart Sensor (LZW60), put your hub in inclusion (pairing) mode and press the sensor button (on the back) 1x. The red LED Indicator on the front will flash red and if successful, the LED Indicator will turn solid red.
| To exclude (remove) your Red Series Smart Sensor (LZW60), put your hub in exclusion (removal) mode and press the sensor button (on the back) 1x. The red LED Indicator on the front will flash red and if successful, the LED Indicator will turn solid red.
| To factory reset your Red Series Smart Sensor (LZW60), hold down on the sensor button (on the back) for 5 seconds (you may need to press it 1x prior to wake up the sensor). The sensor should blink red a few times followed by a long red blink indicating it has been factory reset
