Canceling, Editing & Reordering Existing Orders

This article will show you how to cancel, edit or reorder from your existing orders placed on Inovelli.com.

Please use the below information to learn how to cancel, edit or re-order from your existing orders placed on Inovelli.com.

Canceling an Order on Inovelli.com

If you'd like to cancel an existing order, please follow the instructions below. Please note, you can only cancel an order that has not been fulfilled yet (including partially fulfilled orders). If you need to cancel the part of your order that hasn't shipped yet, please reach out to support.

  1. Log-in to your Inovelli.com account by clicking on the person icon at the top of the screen and entering your login credentials (if you are on mobile, please click on the, "Menu" button and select, "Log In")

  2. In your Order History, find the order you'd like to cancel and click on, "Edit or Cancel" (NOTE: this will take you off of Inovelli.com)

  3. Click on, "Cancel Order" at the bottom of the screen

  4. Click, "Continue" on the confirmation pop-up

  5. You will then be taken to a confirmation page that will confirm your order has been canceled. In addition, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been canceled. Please allow 24-48 hours for your card to be refunded.


Editing an Order on Inovelli.com

Please note that due to limitations in our shopping platform, editing an order will cancel that order and then reload those same items to your shopping cart so you can add/delete products from it.

If you notice a price change in which the price that you ordered is less expensive than what it is now, please reach out to us so we can adjust it accordingly.

You may edit an existing order if it hasn't shipped yet. To edit your order, please follow the directions below.

  1. Log-in to your Inovelli.com account by clicking on the person icon at the top of the screen and entering your login credentials (if you are on mobile, please click on the, "Menu" button and select, "Log In")

  2. In your Order History, find the order you'd like to cancel and click on, "Edit or Cancel" (NOTE: this will take you off of Inovelli.com)

  3. Click on, "Edit Order" at the bottom of the screen

  4. Click on, "Continue" when prompted to edit your order - again, this will cancel your existing order and reload your shopping card with the products from the order you'd like to edit. Simultaneously, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been canceled. Please allow 24-48 hours for your card to be refunded.

  5. You will be taken to the shopping cart that is preloaded with the items from the order you just canceled. Feel free to adjust your order accordingly and when you are finished, click on, "Check out" to begin the checkout process.

  6. Enter in your payment and shipping information and you're all set!


Reordering a Past Order on Inovelli.com

For a quick and easy way to reorder from an existing order on Inovelli.com, please follow the directions below.

  1. Log-in to your Inovelli.com account by clicking on the person icon at the top of the screen and entering your login credentials (if you are on mobile, please click on the, "Menu" button and select, "Log In")

  2. In your Order History, find the order you'd like to cancel and click on, "Reorder" (NOTE: this will take you off of Inovelli.com)

  3. You will be taken to the shopping cart that is preloaded with the items from the order you are reordering from. Click on, "Check out" to begin the checkout process.

  4. Enter in your payment and shipping information and you're all set!
