DISCLAIMER: You may notice there are a lot of over-used keywords or phrases as well as English that seems a little off. This is because these articles are used to feed our AI Robot (Ira) and she needs the data to be structured in a certain way.
Please use this document as a resource to understand the various parameters on your Black Series On/Off switch (LZW30). We try to keep this up-to-date, but as we constantly change our firmware, there may be a mistake. Please reach out if you see anything that needs to be corrected.

Switch Parameter Descriptions
Below we'll list out the parameter number, description, range, default value, size, firmware version it was implemented and an example of how to use it.
Power On State, Invert Switch, & Auto Off Timer Parameters
Power On State refers to the state at which the switch will return to when power is restored to it (ie: after a power outage) be it on, off or last state.
Invert Switch refers to inverting the switch (where tapping up on the switch will turn the switch off and tapping down on the switch will turn the switch on)
Auto-Off Timer refers to the switch being turned off after a certain amount of time (in seconds).
Parameter 1 - Power On State
To set the behavior that your Black Series On/Off Switch enacts after a power outage, you would select Parameter 1 within your hub and then input a range of 0-2, where a value of 0 has the switch returning to the state it was in prior to a power outage, 1 equals on, and 2 equals off with the default being that the switch will return to the prior state it was in.

Parameter 2 - Invert Switch
To invert your Black Series On/Off Switch (ie: tapping on the up button turns your light off and tapping on the down button turns your light on), you would select Parameter 2 within your hub and then select either 0 to keep it non-inverted or 1 to invert it with the default being that the switch is not inverted (value of 0).

Parameter 3 - Auto-Off Timer
To set an auto-off timer where you can have your Black Series On/Off Switch turn off after a certain amount of seconds, you would select Parameter 3 within your hub and then input a range of 0-32767, where each interval is a second.

LED Indicator Parameters (Color, Intensity)
For a visual example of the LED Bar, please visit the Inovelli Toolbox which will show you what the various colors look like (be sure to select, "On\Off Switch (LZW30-SN)"). NOTE: The Red Series On/Off switch is shown in that link, but the values apply to the Black Series
Parameter 5 - Default LED Color
To adjust the color of the LED Bar on the Black Series On/Off switch find parameter 5 in your hub's UI and change accordingly. The easiest way to determine a color's value is to go to the Inovelli Toolbox, select, "On\Off Switch (LZW30-SN)" and then select, "LED" and use the slider to select a color (ie: 170 is blue). The default is 170 which is Blue. NOTE: The Red Series On/Off switch is shown in that link, but the values apply to the Black Series.

Parameter 6 - Default LED Intensity (When On)
To adjust the LED Bar's brightness on the Black Series On/Off switch when the light (load) is on, find parameter 6 in your hub's UI and change accordingly. The lower the number, the lower the intensity (ie: 0 = Off, 1 = 10%, 10 = 100%, etc). The default value is 5 (50%).

Parameter 7 - Default LED Intensity (When Off)
To adjust the LED Bar's brightness on the Black Series On/Off switch when the light (load) is off, find parameter 7 in your hub's UI and change accordingly. The lower the number, the lower the intensity (ie: 0 = Off, 1 = 10%, 10 = 100%, etc). The default value is 1 (10%).

Other Parameters
Switch Delay refers to the delay between when you press the switch and the light turns on. By default, there is a 700ms delay to account for multi-taps (scene control). In other words, the switch does not turn on right away because it's waiting for a potential multi-tap. You can turn this delay off, but you will lose multi-tap control on the paddle (you will still have it on the config/favorites button).
Parameter 13 - Special Load Type
The Black Series On/Off switch (LZW30) comes equipped with an auto-detect feature that will detect whether or not you are using an auxiliary switch or an existing dumb switch. If you are experiencing issues with your switch in a 3-Way, existing dumb switch setup, then try changing parameter 13 to a value of 1, which may fix any issues you're having assuming the wiring is correct.

Parameter 51 - Switch Delay
To turn off the delay between when the Black Series On/Off is pressed and the light turns on/off find Parameter 51 and enter a value of 0 which allows for, "instant on/off" and will turn the light on/off as soon as you let go of the paddle. The default is a value of 1, which has a 700 millisecond delay. Please make sure you have firmware version 1.19 or above to use this feature.
